Grand Prix
The Grand Prix decides the overall Stroke & Stride Series Champions. Points will be awarded to the first 15 male & female finishers in each race of the Series. Points from Race #8 plus five other races to count.  At the end of the Series competitors will be ranked with the competitor having accumulated the most points being first.  In the event of a draw the best placed in the final event will be the winner.

1st Place   $1000 and the Stroke & Stride Cup
2nd Place  $ 700
3rd Place   $ 500

Junior Division
The Junior Division decides the under 20 year old Stroke & Stride Series Champions. Points will be awarded to the first 15 male & female finishers aged under 20 years in each race of the Series. Points from Race #8 plus five other races to count.  At the end of the Series competitors will be ranked with the competitor having accumulated the most points being first.  In the event of a draw the best placed in the final event will be the winner.

Athletes receiving prize money from the overall Series Grand Prix are not eligible to receive prizes in the Youthtown Junior Division.  Your age is decided on your age as at 16 March 2011.

Dilmah Tea Seniors Tour
The Seniors Tour decides the 40 year old and over Stroke & Stride Series Champions. Points will be awarded to the first 15 male & female finishers aged 40 years plus in each race of the Series. Points from Race #8 plus five other races to count.  At the end of the Series competitors will be ranked with the competitor having accumulated the most points being first.  In the event of a draw the best placed in the final event will be the winner.

Trophies and prizes from Dilmah Tea will be awarded to the three place-getters at the end of the Series

Athletes receiving prize money from the overall Series Grand Prix are not eligible to receive prizes in the Seniors Tour. Your age is decided on your age as at 16 March 2011.

Age Group Grand Prix
Points will be awarded to the first 15 finishers at each race in each Age Group to decide the Stroke & Stride Series Age Group Champions.  Points from Race #8 plus five other races to count.  At the end of the Series competitors will be ranked with the competitor having accumulated the most points being first in their Age Group.  In the event of a draw the best placed in the final event will be the winner.  The three place-getters in each Age Group will be awarded Stroke & Stride certificates acknowledging their Grand Prix result

30 - 34 years
35 - 39 years

45 - 49 years
